Credits are how BrandAndGo measures AI usage. One AI text post or one AI-generated image costs 1 credit; a standard template video costs 6, all from your monthly plan allowance. On Starter (30 credits) that's roughly 30 AI posts a month. Advanced AI video (motion clips, talking-head avatars) is pay-as-you-go from paid top-up packs, never your plan allowance.

Yes. Plans are month-to-month (or annual) and you can change or cancel from your billing settings at any time. Your data remains stored in Australia throughout.
Your data is stored and hosted in Australia (Sydney): your brand, audience and social tokens are stored onshore. Some AI features send your inputs to specialist AI providers, which may process them in Australia or overseas, including the United States. Where a provider gives us the choice, we've opted out of our data being used to train its models.
